Course Usage & Ownership:

• Courses are for personal use only. Bulk purchases for institutions or companies are possible but will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact Sanyam Jain for processing such requests.

Intellectual Property Rights:

• All content is original and well-researched. Redistribution, modification, reselling, or unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.

• Any violation, including downloading videos through unofficial methods, screen recording, or reselling without consent, may result in legal action and financial penalties.

Payment Methods:

• We accept various payment modes, including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and other digital payment methods. Payments are processed through a third-party payment gateway integration (such as Razorpay). We do not provide EMI options, but if your bank or card offers EMI plans, you may choose it while making the payment. This is strictly between you and your bank service provider.

Policy Violations & Consequences:

• Policy violations may result in account suspension or legal action, depending on the severity of the breach.

Intellectual Property Rights:

• If students share their course-related work (e.g., projects, assignments) on social media and tag Sanyam Jain, we may feature it on our platform. However, it shall be our decision.
• Students cannot claim the course assignments or study materials as their original work for commercial purposes.

Force Majeure Clause:

• If access to the course is delayed or interrupted due to unforeseen events beyond our control (e.g., cyberattacks, platform outages, legal restrictions), we are not responsible for compensation.
